Rose Law Firm, is pleased to announce the hiring of Madeline Taylor.
After gaining practical experience in-house with a Northwest Arkansas real estate development and operations company, Madeline joins the firm as a Member and will work in the firm’s business section in the Rogers office.
Madeline focuses her practice on real estate and financing transactions and has experience representing developers, lenders, and investors in connection with commercial leasing, property development, and joint ventures. Her practice also includes advising clients on corporate governance, and the structuring of partnerships and development deals, including New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) transactions.
She received her bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Princeton University and earned her J.D. from Washington University School of Law. She is licensed to practice in both Arkansas and Oklahoma.
