Rose Law Firm is pleased to announce the hiring of David Biscoe Bingham.
David joins the firm as a member and will work in the firm’s business section in the Little Rock office.
David focuses his practice on tax law, estate planning, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, tax controversy, and business and succession planning.
David represents individuals, couples, and families in estate planning, ensuring that his clients’ assets are transmitted in the most tax-efficient manner. He also assists non-profit entities with formation, operations, and qualifying and maintaining tax-exempt status.
He received his bachelor’s degree in international business from the University of Arkansas, his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law, and his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law.
He is also a graduate of the Heart of America Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and is a Leadership Greater Little Rock Class XL Graduate.
