Rose Law Firm is pleased to announce the hiring of Mitchell A. Dowden who joins the firm as an associate. Mitchell will work in the firm’s business division in the Little Rock office. He focuses his practice on environmental and agricultural law.
Mitchell received his J.D. and LL.M. in Agriculture and Food Law from the University of Arkansas School of Law. Prior to joining Rose Law Firm, Mitchell was an attorney at the Arkansas Department of Energy & Environment, working on a range of issues, including clean water, clean air, solid and hazardous wastes, and regulated storage tank compliance and enforcement, and appeals in front of the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission.
